For 3 decades, Poker Face has been weaving hard rock riffs and poignant lyrics with the principles of freedom and spiritual awareness. They hail from PA, but have performed all across the country from NYC to Seattle, Miami to Michigan and hundreds of small towns and wondrous places such as the Knob Creek Machine Gun Shoot or the Libertarian Party’s National Convention.
The band has worked with some icons in the music industry including Toby Wright (Alice In Chains, Metallica, Kiss), Robert Lang Studios, Mark Farner, V. B. Wolfe, and more. Their music has been used in truth movement documentaries, presentations by NORML, and had a surprise appearance on The Colbert Report.
Their music has been a journey of reflecting on man’s relationship with God, government, and each other. The newest album, Tyranny Befell America: Songs for the Revolution, was released in January of 2020 and is the culmination of a decade worth of writing, recording and observing how the world has moved closer and closer to a totalitarian dystopia.
